Division Order Analyst and Land Department Supervisor. Manger of Interest Owner Relations and Joint Interest Billing (JIB) accounting. I lead projects in new well set ups, acquisitions and divestitures and lease analysis.

My background includes previous division order analyst with Exxon Mobile/ XTO, Team Lead Well Title Coordinator for Chesapeake Exploration, Team lead for multiple operators across the U.S. and Canada, for leasing, and due diligence projects. I know many industry formats for OS systems and company programs.

In 1997 I moved into legal and real estate fields. These quickly became my passion and once there I quickly moved up and became a regional manager for one of Arkansas’ largest real estate law firm specializing in non-judicial and court held foreclosures and bankruptcy . I oversaw 22 counties throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas for title research, escrow, mineral, and ROW services. I then became Regional Manager for one of Arkansas renowned title and escrow firms.

In 2004 I founded Citadel Realty Group. As principal broker I successfully marketed and managed over $120 million in commercial and residential properties. I had a great crew of 5 executive brokers, 42 real estate associates, and over 200 vendors. After selling the firm in 2007, I became an Associate Broker specializing in commercial land development and leasing for Grubb and Ellis | Solomon Partners.

In 2008 I moved to Dallas TX. Through industry contacts within Chesapeake and years of experience I started Landtech Enterprises, an oil and natural gas research company. This new venture has provided research and development services for multiple global energy companies and legal professionals. In 2010-11 I added Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming to my background experience by working with state and federal entities on permitting and site management.

In 2012 to 2014 I worked for ExxomMobil/XTO and other major operators doing division order and O&G consulting. In 2014 my company Landtech Enterprises Ltd partnered with DivisionOrders.com to provide a resource for mineral owners and operators to come together to execute smooth transactions and have increased revenue. The combined system includes mineral owner management software I designed for national clients and an integrated database of 4 million mineral interest owners and operators.

I am dedicated to giving back to my community and have served on many state and local associations as a committee chair and board member.

I also served and contributed in fund raising for many charities including American Heart Association, Special Olympics, Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, and other industry non-profit organizations.
